JOB DESCRIPTION

- Summarize orders, check and confirm payment in the account corresponding to the order.
- Respond to order issues for the Online department
- Based on the product code from the online order, check the inventory of the remaining stores
- Summary of system goods.
- Check and monitor to coordinate and rotate goods to meet the product quantity of orders from the Online Sales department.
- Check import and export of software
- Hand over customer information to the Online Warehouse department
- Monitor packaging progress
- Deliver and receive to shipping staff or shipping partners
- Track orders during shipping.
- Contact shipping partners and handle arising problems
- Make periodic reports and arising reports
- Store documents according to regulations
