Introduce the center's courses to potential customers.
Proposing and contributing ideas to the Director of the Center/branch on business plans and strategies to approach customers to improve sales efficiency and increase monthly revenue.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Consulting courses directly to customers (or) by phone (or) through online chat, and other tools effectively.
Work closely with the Training department to ensure the organization of classes and improve the quality of customer service.
Directly implement marketing, image promotion, and events to attract customers to register for admission at the center.
Report daily working situation to center/branch director.
Accomplish monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets of individuals and groups.
Complete consulting work and other tasks as directed by the Manager
