- Prepare monthly and yearly recruitment plan by department.
- Unify recruitment requirements with departments in need (candidate criteria, policies, salary and bonus...)
- Interviewing candidates or participating in interviewing candidates (Recruitment at management level).
- Call and send an email to answer the interview results for the candidate (Schedule training if the candidate is successful).
- Inform candidates about recruitment results.
- Arrange to receive new employees and coordinate with direct managers to evaluate new employees. Carry out the work of the City. Personnel assigned.
