Job description
- Receive recruitment needs of departments and be responsible for recruiting personnel according to regulations.
- Prepare recruitment criteria and job descriptions for vacancies to build recruitment notices.
- Search and establish effective sources of job postings, search and recommend effective headhunting companies. Participating in the development, implementation and implementation of communication programs, branding and recruitment of personnel.
- Select candidate profiles, organize entrance exams, organize interviews... Summarize the results after the interview.
- Carrying out post-interview procedures: Responding to information to candidates, verifying, negotiating and sending job offers.
- Carrying out procedures to receive new employees, sign probationary contracts, post-trial evaluation.... Exchange and help new employees in the integration process.
- Manage candidate profiles of all positions serving the company's recruitment.
- Develop recruitment channels to be ready to respond to recruitment requests from departments quickly.
- Develop a basic probation/apprenticeship program to support new employees to integrate into work quickly and effectively.
- Prepare statistical reports related to recruitment work of the company.
- Update new personnel information into employee data Employee data.
- Participating in the establishment of policies and procedures for the areas in charge.
- Perform other arising tasks at the request of HCNS

Candidate Requirements
+ Male Female with 1 year experience in a similar position, a graduate in human resource management is an advantage
