Job description:

• Respond to messages and provide sales advice to customers via the company's fanpage.
• Create orders for customers and process orders on the software.
• Work with shipping units to promote delivery and control the order journey.
• Process orders and resolve complaints for customers after sales.
• Take care of and send information about promotional programs and new collections to old customers through the Zalo channel provided by the company.

Job requirements:

• Agility, typing speed and good reflexes.
• Having sales experience is an advantage. If you do not have experience, you require good communication skills, flexibility in handling situations, enthusiasm, responsibility => soft skills training before starting work.
• Ability to learn and remember well => grasp product knowledge and working tools in a short time to be proactive at work.

Working time and location:

• Hours: 27 shifts/month and require rotating shifts according to assigned schedule
• Morning shift: 8:15 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (Lunch break 12:45 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.)
• Evening shift: 3:15 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. (Dinner 5:45 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.)
