JOB DETAILS
Receive and process lists of potential customers from Marketing activities and campaigns to convert into customers.
Convince customers who are parents to register to experience and enroll in the Company's technology products and courses for children.
Make introductory calls and direct consultations. Closing sales and achieving sales goals.
Report to management levels on customer needs, problems, and concerns; Competitors' activities and potential in product/service business development
Other tasks as requested by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Final year students waiting for degrees or graduation from Intermediate Schools/Collegees/Universities majoring in: Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, etc.
Love consulting and customer care work.
Having experience in Sales/Consulting/Customer Service at Information Technology/Mathematics/English centers... in the field of education is an advantage.
Standard voice. Be sensitive to business opportunities, prioritize those who achieve achievements at work (Best sellers, best employees of the month/quarter/year...)
Be conscious of constantly improving your skills by participating in workshops, seminars, conferences, etc. Able to withstand pressure in terms of revenue, telesales, etc.
Be willing to devote yourself to have a high, stable income.
Have personal laptop and don't mind working on weekends.
Working hours: Work 5.5 days/week. Take 1.5 days off/week, priority given to taking breaks during the week and working on weekends.
Work flexible shifts, register for 11 shifts/week.
Average fixed salary (5,700,000 VND - 8,000,000 VND/month, negotiable based on ability) + Competency allowance according to K coefficient (500,000 VND - 6,000,000 VND/month) + % commission + Hot performance bonus business. Average income is up to 20 - 25 million/month.
2-month probationary period, 100% of official salary. Capacity allowances are re-evaluated every 2 months.
