Job Description

• Advise and introduce customers to IUE courses.
• Answer customer questions about training programs.
• Plan for clients on courses tailored to their needs and finances.
• Assist clients with placement test and student registration.
• Customer care and support.
• Record, handle and report to the direct management on incidents related to students/parents.
• Inform students and parents of extracurricular activities, seminars and related information to attract new students and care for existing students.
• Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
