JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Contact students who are wishing to study English or are interested in the Academy's training program. Trained in script & methodical sales closing process. 2. Data marketing 100%, no need to search for data or go to the market by yourself. Check-in & close rate >70% 3. Confirm the test appointment, test with customers via Phone, Zalo & Email, enter the report into the system. 4. Check-in procedures for new students. Support Teachers, Class Managers in the process of testing students' input ability. 5. Directly orient and advise students to register for appropriate learning paths. 6. Coordinating the Class Manager to take care of students, solve difficult problems during the course of study, in order to ensure that students reach the level of commitment as committed in the counseling schedule. 7. Participate in organizing events with other departments in the Academy. 8. Perform other tasks under the direction of Leader & Board of Directors in the field of expertise.
