Working place: VTC Academy Building, No. 130 Dien Bien Phu, Chinh Gian Ward, Thanh Khe District. The new branch is expected to open at the end of May 2022.

Working time: From Monday to Friday (shift 1: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., shift 2: 10:00 - 19:00)

Job description:

1. Reach out to potential customers: students, students, working people who love technology.
2. Searching and expanding the customer network, consulting and providing services and courses to help customers make accurate decisions about their learning and professional development needs.
3. Direct enrollment consulting:
+ Advise students to contact directly.
+ Consulting by phone, email when students contact.
+ Consulting via web and other online/offline forms.
4. Sort and update student information every day into the database system.
5. Participate in consulting activities according to enrollment events.
6. Take care of potential students and receive student records.
7. Support the group (each group has about 7 members) to complete the common plans and targets.
8. Plan and report weekly business results to Team Leader.
9. Evaluate and implement business strategy with the team.
Job requirements:
- Priority: 6 months experience in consulting, sales and customer care.
- Proficient in office.
- Have a personal laptop. Able to work under pressure.
