JOB DETAILS
- Support to answer questions, receive comments and requests from customers from zalo channel, facebook.
- Make phone calls to customers according to available data assigned by the company.
- Consulting and taking care of customers selling pharmaceutical products of the company.
- Coordinate with other departments to implement sales activities as assigned by management.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Working at the company office.
- Working in a clean, air-conditioned environment.
- Time: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., lunch break at 1:30 p.m. 6 days/week (from Monday to Saturday).
- Basic salary: from 7.5 to 12 million/month + sales commission + bonus (Total income: 7.5-12 million)
- Probation period: 2 months (Get 100% salary in the probationary month).

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Voice is easy to hear, clear.
- Honesty, dynamism, enthusiasm, hard work
- Experience in telesale, customer care is an advantage
- Preference will be given to candidates with a pharmacy or pharmacist degree (intermediate level or higher)
- Preferably have knowledge or experience in the pharmaceutical industry, herbal products
