Work location:
• In Hanoi: 8th floor, Tower A, Capital Place Building, 29 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Hanoi
• In HCM: 6th floor, An Phong building, No. 518B Dien Bien Phu, Ward 21, District
Binh Thanh, City. Ho Chi Minh.
Working time: From Monday - Saturday; from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., lunch break at 1:30 p.m

Your role:
• Get customer database, divide and filter potential customers by region
management and updating of customer data;
• Calling customers to advise and introduce the Company's products/services; Bear
responsible for the development of customers who are agents, import goods via website/app: Telio;
• Answer customer's problems, questions, complaints to build relationships
with customers;
• Ensure the quantity and sales of orders by month;
• Convey and contribute feedback to further improve the product for
Client;
• Report to superiors on the progress and results of the work, perform the tasks
other on request.

Job requirements for the position:
• Prioritize 9x candidates, quick, smart, careful;
• At least 01 year experience in telesales position
• Good communication, inspiring voice, easy to listen to
• Not afraid of difficulties, having a constructive spirit, contributing to the startup environment is a plus
position.
