The course counselor is the representative of the company to introduce and advise parents and students on learning methods through online classes.

- Support requests and inquiries from new customers and follow up with existing customers, including: Explaining in detail about products and services to parents and students over the phone. Admission counseling for classes study online.
- Proactively handle, resolve and minimize student/parent feedback and complaints whenever possible
- Arrange and manage online trial sessions for students to get the best experience of solutions and services
- Handle other tasks as required by the Management

✅ Modes

- Income from 8,000,000 to 28,000,000 VND/month. Specifically:
+ Hard salary: 7-8 million (deal in the interview) + % commission
