• We provide consultation using 100% data of potential students (hot leads) provided by our Marketing team (who have left their information and expressed interest in learning about the course).
• We provide phone calls and text messages to advise on a Data Analysis learning path that suits students' needs (career guidance, skill enhancement).
• Providing support and answering students' questions during the consultation process and after course registration.
• Record basic feedback from students and forward it to the responsible team (no in-depth analysis required).

- Job requirements:

• Preference will be given to candidates with 3 months or more of experience in telesales or customer service .
• Age range: 18-25 years old
• Clear and easy-to-understand voice; good communication skills, ability to listen and persuade .
