JOB CONTENT
• Introduce, advise and persuade those who want to study human resource management,... according to the curriculum at the center.
• Search, maintain and develop a list of potential new customers.
• Respond to messages and customer interactions via online channels (website, facebook, etc.) and phone.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to handle customer requests.
• Resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
• Report to management on customer needs, problems, concerns, competitor activities and potential for product/service business development.
