JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Receive hot data daily from Marketing and Chat department (customers who have researched and are interested in the School's courses)
• Call to exploit new customer information, introduce the training program, answer questions and convince customers to register for the course
• Re-exploit old data sources to close customers and advise on other courses
• Customer care, support students with admission procedures and complaint handling
• Continuously monitor potential customers for timely care plans
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
• Working hours: 08:00 - 17:30 from Monday - Friday, Saturday from 8:00 – 16:30

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• 22 - 30 years old, graduated from high school or higher
• Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience working in Telesale, Customer Care positions
• Priority is given to candidates who have worked in Education, Beauty, Spa environments.
• Female preferred, gentle, polite, easy to listen voice
• Can grasp psychology, persuade customers directly and over the phone
• Can work overtime at home (with allowance) and withstand work pressure
