Job Description
Call customers (with marketing data available, no need to search for more)
Introduce customers to the company's course service
Interview customers and book appointments
Developing goals, plans, managing the organization and operating the activities of the Consulting Department
Handling customer complaints, to ensure 100% of complaints via call center / or in person are handled until customers are satisfied
Surveying customers' opinions about the Center's products/services; collect customer information, analyze customer opinions and periodically return information to specialized departments/departments to adjust activities in operating products/services.
Developing and implementing training programs and developing human resources at the Department
