[HCM] VIETTINJOB COMPANY RECRUITMENT FOR CONSULTANTS (EDUCATION SECTOR)

Income: From 6.5 Million - 15 Million/Month
- Fixed salary: 6.5 million - 9 million/month + KPI bonus

Working time:
- 5.5 days/week (Off 1 flexible day of the week)
- Monday - Friday: 13h00 - 20h30
- Saturday - Sunday: 09h00 - 19h30

Request:
- College/University degree is an advantage
- Good presentation and nice voice

- Sales experience (education industry is an advantage)

Skill:

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an EC, you will represent the Center to introduce customers to our products and learning methods. You will also be responsible for finding your needs
customers and advise them on suitable courses, ensuring that they are satisfied with our service.
Sales activities (60%):
- Searching, calling, introducing the company, creating trust, clarifying customer needs, consulting, class arrangement.
- Responsible for personal goals (sales, renewals, etc.)
Customer Service (30%):
- Handling customer requests and complaints.
- Processing customer payments.
- Call, survey, track customer satisfaction
- Communicating with customers (start date, end date, test, report results, etc.)
Reporting and Administration (10%):
- Sales report, class report, shift report
Classroom management
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager
