- Call customers to schedule appointments to attend events according to the data provided by the company (no sales, no selling)
- Confirm event appointment schedule to fit customer's time
- Remind guests of event time before event start time
- Guide guests to the location and elevator location to make it convenient for guests to get to the event location.
- Report the list of customers who will attend the event to the manager.
- Working during office hours from 8:30-18:00 (1.5 hour lunch break), from Monday to Saturday (closed on Sunday)
