Job Description

1. Main work:
• Searching for customer sources to combine customer sources on data from Marketing push
• Introduce and consult customers about the company's products via website, page, zalo, facebook, telesales,...
• Advise customers on product details such as size, design,.... Quickly grasp customer needs
• Negotiate and negotiate prices with customers
• Receive feedback and connect with the design department to meet customer needs
• Closely monitor the order production process
• Remind customers to pay to complete orders
• After-sales care, building a network of potential customers
• Accelerate resolution of customer issues and complaints (if any) maximize satisfaction

2. Other work:
• Make a report on business activities
• Get support work from Team Leaders and Sales Directors
