Job description:

• Direct messages on Facebook, Website, Shopee, Tiktok Shop of the company to advise products when customers text.

• Make orders, track the status of orders delivered to customers.

• Taking care of old customers, answering questions before - during and after using the product.

• For wholesale customers, monitor the status of goods, send enough gifts according to the company's policy for customers.

Request:

• Positive attitude, sociable with everyone in the company.

• Good-looking appearance, fluent voice, good communication.

• Having worked in the field of cosmetics, dietary supplements is an advantage.
