- Consulting and receiving orders from channels: phone, facebook, Zalo, Now, Tiktok, Lazada...
- Consulting on upsell and cross sell to increase order value.
- Record pending orders, problematic orders and pending processing.
- Issue orders and update order status on time.
- Coordinate order processing with delivery (unsuccessful delivery orders, lost orders, unable to contact customers) and create orders when re-delivery is requested.
- Perform good customer care and service.
- Always update information about goods and promotions at the supermarket and explain to customers.
- Responsible for checking quality, expiry date of goods and displaying goods on shelves.
- Arrange product display according to direction from management.
- Clean up the workplace when work is over.
- Shift handover and customer handover at the end of each shift.

Work rotating shifts according to store schedule. 8 hour shifts: 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. 1 day off per week. Holidays will be calculated according to state regulations.
