Job Description

• 70%: Call customers based on available data, consult on products and confirm orders.
• 30%: Live chat sales consulting on Pancake and Zalo, answering questions and supporting customers.
• Answer questions, handle objections and maintain customer relationships to increase order conversion rates
• Classify customers according to potential level, plan care and follow up.
• Update customer information fully and accurately into the system.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (CSKH, Sales) to ensure the best customer experience.
• Report daily work results and propose solutions to optimize call performance.
