1. JOB DESCRIPTION

- Coordinate with departments at the English center to solve problems

- Receive and directly deal with students/parents' inquiries (within authority)

- Participate in organizing events at the center.

- Manage and organize classes

- Take care of students/parents, grasp the student's learning situation

- Ensure the rate of re-registration of old students at the English center at the request of the Manager

- Monitor and support teachers in teaching

- Report periodically and irregularly to the management level at the English center

- Perform other requests of the Center Manager
