Job:

- Consulting and answering questions for customers interested in Pho Nui Shop's products (honey,

dipping salt, nutritious nuts,...) via Website, Zalo, Fanpage (no need to search

find customers)

- Check the status of delivery orders, handle incorrect/missing orders, provide after-sales support...,

- Other related tasks as assigned by the Team Leader

Working time:

- Rotating shifts are assigned weekly: 08:00 - 17:00, 15:00 - 22:30 (this shift is done online at

home )

- 1 day off per week as arranged by management

Request:

- Graduated from Intermediate School or higher majoring in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking

- No experience required (just need you to have experience working part time or positions

other positions during schooling). If you have experience, you will negotiate salary based on ability
