- Job details:

• Develop business plans, monitor progress, and track sales against assigned targets.
• Manage and effectively utilize the company's customer data file.
• Provide advice on the company's services related to employment, studying abroad, and Korean visas to clients via phone, email, and in person.
• Identify and develop potential customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Monitor the Fanpage and other social media channels, responding to and advising customers when they have questions.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to implement promotional programs and advertising activities.
• Gather feedback from customers and suggest improvements to services/products to enhance service quality.

- Job requirements:

• Graduated from college or higher with a major in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in consulting and sales in the field of labor export and studying in South Korea. Those without experience will be trained.
• They have a proactive and ambitious attitude towards work.
