Job Description
- Job details:
Develop business plans, monitor progress, and track sales against assigned targets.
Manage and effectively utilize the company's customer data file.
Provide advice on the company's services related to employment, studying abroad, and Korean visas to clients via phone, email, and in person.
Identify and develop potential customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Monitor the Fanpage and other social media channels, responding to and advising customers when they have questions.
Collaborate with the marketing department to implement promotional programs and advertising activities.
Gather feedback from customers and suggest improvements to services/products to enhance service quality.
- Job requirements:
Graduated from college or higher with a major in business, marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in consulting and sales in the field of labor export and studying in South Korea. Those without experience will be trained.
They have a proactive and ambitious attitude towards work.
