Job Description

• Live page, check messages based on available data on pancake software.
• Reply to comments, interact with followers and customers via Facebook channel.
• Check Messenger messages, messages on pancake software and answer customer questions, advise and persuade customers to close orders.
• Close orders for customers and place orders on the system.
• Introduce and suggest to customers about accompanying products or combos.
• Collect customer data via email and phone as needed.
• Receive customer feedback, handle negative feedback to find effective solutions
• Send automatic messages when there are discounts and promotions for customers.
