work content- Respond to customer messages and comments on the page.
- Performing sales support tasks including: consulting, introducing products, answering customer questions, quoting products and closing orders according to available scenarios.
- Customer care support: answering questions from old and existing customers related to exchange, buying more products and merging orders…
- Coordinate with relevant departments to promptly respond to customer inquiries.
- Other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
