JOB DETAILS
Implement, manage and monitor all company projects;
- Develop and propose procedures for surveying, measuring and managing boundary markers for all projects under the company;
- Prepare survey outlines for works and projects;
- Carrying out construction surveying and surveying work;
- Consulting on surveying items for contractors and units related to the project;
- Locating project boundaries and construction items within the project;
- Measuring and placing project plot markers;
- Establishing and checking benchmarks and adjusting measurement data;
- Hand over the axis center and elevation to the construction contractor;
- Survey and calculate ground leveling volume;
- Deploy grid system and floor elevation for high-rise buildings;
- Check the geometric dimensions of construction components;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Deputy/Head of the Project Management Board
