Coordinate with related departments to come up with ideas and implement content of event programs
Develop a proposal to present the content and plan of the event and submit it to the leadership
Search, select and propose personnel suppliers or production partners Deploy events/workshops according to the approved plan
Coordination and rational use of finance, personnel, and POSM
Make sure the event/conference goes well and achieves the highest efficiency.
Job requirements:
Graduated from Intermediate or higher, knowing Chinese is an advantage
Good communication, confident, socially savvy, willing to work with high intensity, able to work under pressure
Having experience in organizing events, participating in activities Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills, persuasion, thinking, working independently and in a good group, with a high spirit of learning
Know how to take care of customers, build and maintain relationships with customers.
