- Search, maintain and develop a network of potential customers and partners.
- Introduce, advise and persuade customers to use products/services of the enterprise.
- Directly negotiate, implement, and urge contract performance to resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and reliability.
- Report to management on customer needs, problems, concerns, competitor activities and potential in product/service business development.
