- Responsible for managing and ensuring the safety of cash, precious assets, valuable papers, important seals,
Collateral records and other assets assigned to you.
- Implement cash receipts and expenditures, monitor and manage cash flow through the fund.
- Make requests and monitor advances, refunds, and payments.
- Transact with banks related to revenue and expenditure operations as required
- Classify documents, analyze documents, update information by date in reports, and prepare reports
Report, analyze data and give opinions to the chief accountant.
- Maintain cash receipts and payments.
- Perform daily fund inventory and reconciliation with general accounting
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Chief Accountant.
