Job description:

• Handle and package wholesale and retail orders carefully, quickly and with quality.
• Manage the shipping and delivery process of orders, ensuring the right time and location requested by customers.
• Resolve shipping-related issues such as product errors, order cancellations and returns.
• Manage inventory and arrange warehouse space neatly.
• Support and coordinate checking documents, goods quality and counting and comparing quantities in the warehouse.
• Regularly clean the warehouse, avoid prohibited actions to ensure hygiene and avoid fires and explosions in the warehouse.
• Preserve goods at the warehouse to promptly detect damage or loss, if any.
• Implement inventory management on the Misa Amis system.
