- Planning and prioritizing purchasing activities, reporting product needs
- Search and negotiate prices with new suppliers.
- Evaluate order plans, issue purchase requisitions, manage the selection process.
- Track order status, get ready for shortage or backlog issues, contact relevant departments directly, make weekly purchasing plan for items to be sold for next week, next month,...
- Track orders and confirm delivery times and costs.
- Evaluate, update and maintain orders until closing.
- Ensure orders comply with contractual agreements; Report results to management.
Job requirements
- Graduated from College or above, majoring in Economics, Import-Export
- At least 1 year of experience in FMCG purchasing
- Good communication skills, good negotiation skills
- Time management skills, task management
- Dedication to discipline, honesty, agility
- Have a desire to work at the company for a long time
- Priority is given to the person who receives the job right away
