Job Description

1. Job Description:
• Perform import and export procedures properly, ensuring quality.
• Minimum inventory tracking
• Executing warehouse order procedures
• Arrange goods in the warehouse, ensuring the standard of goods in the warehouse is always 5S
• Enter work-related data into accounting software
• Monitor and control inventory on the software system and ensure it is always standard, avoiding shortages and losses
• Constantly improving, proposing working methods, managing warehouses to create better efficiency and productivity, suitable for the company.

2. Job Requirements
• Graduated from high school or higher, majoring in accounting, statistics, commerce, economics.
• 2+ years of experience in similar positions
• Knowledge of inventory management of materials and goods
• Proficient in the use of office computers (Word, Excel), accounting software
• Agile, love warehouse work and want to stick with the profession for a long time
• Good communication with colleagues and customers.
• Absolutely honest, hard-working and highly responsible for work
• Able to work overtime when needed
