Job Description

• Perform work related to warehouse work (import - export - stock) in accordance with the warehouse management process and the company's regulations;
• Arrange, clean warehouse and preserve goods, store import and export documents;
• Responsible for materials and goods at the construction site;
• Coordinating receiving materials and goods with the Steering Committee, being flexible in the delivery and receipt of materials;
• Periodically, together with the warehouse accountant, inventory the warehouse as assigned;
• Making corresponding warehouse receipts and ex-warehousing bills;
• Entering data, synthesizing daily input and output data and reporting to management and supervision;
• Prepare documents, register for groups to track shipping schedules;
• Manage the registration, prepare relevant papers and documents for the transport unit;
• Daily coordination of vehicles and means of transport;
• Perform other duties as required by superiors.
