- Check inventory, import and export goods to ensure reasonableness and meet business needs.

- Monitor and report on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly import and export of inventory as required by the Board of Directors.

- Manage and arrange goods in finished product warehouse, ensuring the criteria of "first in, first out".

- Import and export finished products every day.

- Reconcile month-end import-export and inventory with relevant departments.

- Notify the loading and unloading staff about the amount of goods to be exported during the day, agree on work to ensure that the goods are exported quickly, in full and in accordance with the order; supervise and require loading and unloading of goods according to regulations, ensuring quality - avoiding spillage and dropping of finished products.

- Ensure finished goods in warehouse are not lost or damaged.

- Ensure the import and export of finished products in accordance with invoices and documents.

- Do not import finished products if they do not meet quality requirements (specifications, incorrect - missing information, torn packaging,...)

- Do not ship goods if the information on the invoice is incorrect or not in accordance with regulations.
