- Monitor and perform daily import and export of goods, promptly, without errors, in compliance with FIFO principles.

- Monitor and handle assigned tasks such as (returned goods, non-conforming goods, daily import and export documents),

- Update data daily, quickly, accurately, send reports to the Head of Department

- Make a diagram of the warehouse and arrange the goods according to the issued diagram. Update the warehouse diagram immediately, if there is any arising in the arrangement or rotation of goods in the warehouse.

- Update inventory card, check and compare actual inventory data with ROSY software daily. Coordinate with Warehouse Statistics in checking and comparing inventory data.

- Instruct and supervise warehouse staff under their management appropriately, prohibiting employees from damaging equipment and assets of the company, and at the same time causing loss of goods. A report must be made as soon as an incident occurs.

- Implement 5S process into daily work (From workplace to warehouse).

- Store and store goods in accordance with regulations on temperature, humidity and storage environment. The warehouse is cleaned daily.

- Be responsible for compensation for damage when causing consequences such as (import and export of goods in the wrong quantity, management and loss of goods).

- Coordinating with the Accountant in the monthly, quarterly and yearly inventory.

- And other tasks assigned by superiors.
