Job Description
JOB DETAILS A. Inventory management
Receive, count, and compare the quantity and quality of goods in stock (raw materials such as ABS plastic, EPS, foam, paint, straps, hat lining) and finished products.
Prepare warehouse receipts in accordance with regulations, ensuring accuracy of data and documents.
Organize and arrange goods scientifically, easy to find, by product code/type, ensuring FIFO/FEFO principle (first in, last out).
B. Storage of goods
Keep goods and materials in suitable conditions (temperature, humidity, avoid direct sunlight).
Periodically check the quality of inventory to avoid damage, technical errors or product quality reduction.
C. Reporting & Inventory
Conduct periodic/unscheduled inventory, compare data with warehouse accounting department.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports and send to management.
Promptly report any discrepancies, damage or shortages of goods.
D. Production and business coordination
Provide raw materials and semi-finished products on time to production lines.
Deliver finished products to shipping department or customers as planned.
