• Contact, discuss and persuade customers to pay overdue loans
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders
• Analyze and evaluate customers' financial situation to propose appropriate debt collection plans.
• Plan and periodically report on debt collection status in the area of responsibility.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to handle issues arising during debt collection.
• Comply with company procedures, regulations and laws in debt collection activities
