1. Receive requests for supplies, equipment, tools, instruments, etc. from Teams, Teams, subcontractors, departments and transfer information to Deputy Head of VTTB Department or Specialist in charge of equipment;
2. Making orders, tracking orders, immediately reporting to the Deputy Head of VTTB Department if the delivery time, quantity and type are not consistent with the order;
3. Provide detailed data to Deputy Head of Department of VTTB, Specialist in charge of equipment to serve the comparison of the volume of supplies, tools, and auxiliary materials with customers, subcontractors/teams/teams , Management Board of the construction site under the Company;
4. Receive the customer's files and transfer them to the relevant parties: the quality files are transferred to the BCH or the Operations Departments/Departments; accounting vouchers to be transferred to the Deputy Head of Department of VTTB;
5. Timely (daily) storage of all data from import and export slips, machine shift logs, etc. into the computer and related documents;
6. Monitor, check and periodically report the situation of import/export/inventory of raw materials/supplies/assets, machine shift, machine hours of operation at the construction site.
