• Make design drawings of mechanical and electrical systems for the project
• Correctly and fully deploy relevant technical drawings based on information provided/requested by the Concept department.
• Survey and evaluate the current status of the project, from which an overall assessment is made to come up with ideas and design implementation for the Air Conditioning system according to Vietnamese & International standards, combined based on the requirements of customers, investors or superiors.
• Carry out calculations and analysis to select air conditioning system solutions that ensure aesthetics, technique, safety, efficiency and economy.
• Explain the volume and design options to protect the idea with the appraisal unit, investor or construction consultant.
• Coordinate with GSTC department to propose construction measures, support solutions when there are problems or changes in design plans.

Other information:

• Working time: From Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays every other month.
• Holidays: Closed on public holidays according to State regulations
• Salary: 13,000,000 - 18,000,000 VND (or negotiable based on ability)
