1. 2D / 3D interior design for assigned works / projects

• Survey and measure the current situation.
• Meet, get customer information and develop design ideas.
• Make a layout plan according to advice suitable to customer needs.
• Consulting customers to finalize site layout plans.
• Coordinate technical support with the 3D design team to ensure the design plan is highly feasible and effective in terms of usability.
• Keep abreast of project information provided by customers and information-receiving departments during implementation.
• Quickly and accurately deploy technical construction drawings (Fitout) and production drawings (Furniture), coordinate with the project design team to ensure harmony in proportion and aesthetics.
• Discuss with the team leader to solve problems beyond your ability to avoid unnecessary errors.
• Present, advise and defend construction and production drawing ideas before customers to finalize drawings for construction and production.
• Provide a set of as-built drawings and request construction permits for the construction team to request permission from the investor (If any).
• Provide complete and accurate implementation drawing content according to design, volume, materials, and actual data.
• Deploy and coordinate with the supervision department and production workshop so that the departments understand the design intent to avoid errors during construction.
• Monitor assigned projects, coordinate with the 3D design team and construction team to provide more information and provide quick and timely solutions to problems arising at the construction site.
• Coordinate with the construction team to complete the set of as-built drawings for acceptance with the investor (if any).
• Print a set of construction and production drawings (A3) and a set of 3D perspective drawings (color, A4) to send to customers upon acceptance and completion of the project.

2. Field supervision

• Participate in on-site supervision of assigned works/projects from the start of construction to completion to make timely corrections or gain professional experience.
