- Research the latest design trends and apply them to events.

- Propose and develop creative and unique ideas suitable to the event theme and customer requirements.

- Design advertising media publications, POSM: event logos, advertising banners, printed documents and MKT media items). Coordinate with Planner and Event Manager to ensure design elements are implemented on schedule and to standards.

- Supervise the installation and decoration process on site to ensure design elements are implemented accurately and to standards.

- Collect feedback from customers and teams after the event ends to evaluate the effectiveness of creative and design elements.

- Based on feedback and evaluation to adjust and improve for next events.

- Manage storage of ideas and design documents.

- Strictly implement department and company regulations and procedures. Comply with principles of storage and security of information, documents, policies and regulations.

- Ability to use AI tools at work to develop creative ideas

- Other design tasks as requested by management
