● Call existing customers who are partners of the company (construction contractors, project owners) to advise and finalize orders (data is available).

● Prepare documents related to quotations, contracts, etc.

● Introduce and provide information on products and sales policies to customers.

● Close deals and ensure revenue targets are met.

● Contact new customers with available data for further information.

● Address customer complaints regarding products and policies.

● Build strong customer relationships

● Update new customer information into the customer database.

● Responsible for submitting regular and ad hoc reports as requested by the Department Head.
