• Implement business plans according to assigned targets

• Exploit and search for individual/business customers who need to use express delivery services (International and China routes)

• Find, maintain and develop customer relationships.

• Manage customer information, monitor and collect debts and contractual obligations between customers and the Company.

• Consulting and coordinating to resolve customer complaints during the business cooperation process.

• Prepare periodic reports as requested by the Director.

• Additional work as required.
