- Call customers to advise on services based on available data - Call on the company's Call system. - Convince customers to use credit card opening and cash loan products from banks and financial companies (VIB, Easy Credit, PTF, SHB Finance, MCredit...) - Responsible for checking Customer information, accuracy of information, clearly noting Customer status on processed data - Report to the Team Leader the actual status, work performance and arising cases.
