• Consulting and convincing customers to use the company's products (Customers are provided by the company and actively sought by employees).
• Respond to customer messages on media channels: Facebook, Zalo, Shopee...
• Update new information about products and promotional programs for customers
• Regularly monitor and take care of customer situations
• Update customer information and revenue reports on the company system every day
• Fully participate in the company's product knowledge, consulting and sales skills training courses
• Complete assigned KPIs according to company regulations (from the 2nd month)
• Probation period: 2 months
• Working hours: from Tuesday to Saturday (Saturday works online)
- Working in rotating shifts:
+ Shift 1: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (work at the company)
+ Shift 2: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. (work online)
- Sunday: work 1 shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (1 person) and rotate weekly. Those who work on Sunday will have Monday off and vice versa.
