Call for consultation and sales: Make outbound calls to a list of potential customers or old customers to introduce, advise and persuade them to buy refrigeration, electronic and household electrical appliances products.
Customer care: Maintain and develop customer relationships over the phone, answer questions, handle arising problems (if any) and update new promotions.
Achieve sales targets: Complete assigned personal and team sales goals on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Data update: Record and update full customer information and call content into the management system (CRM) for effective monitoring and reporting.
Sales Team Support: Work closely with field sales to convert leads into successful orders.
