DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
- Consulting and sales:
- Receive and call customers from the data list provided by the company.
- Actively seek, exploit and develop new customer sources (individuals, businesses) through online channels, social networks, and other relationships.
- Consulting and answering customer questions about: flight itinerary, ticket prices, airlines, ticket conditions, promotions.
- Consulting on accompanying services such as: checked baggage, meals, travel insurance, seat selection...
- Customer care:
- Maintain relationships with old customers, take care of customers after sales to increase the rate of returning customers.
- Notify customers of flight changes (if any) and assist with related procedures (refund, cancellation, ticket exchange).
- Reporting and data management:
- Update customer information and transaction status into the data management system accurately and completely.
- Work coordination:
- Work closely with relevant departments such as Booker, Accounting to ensure smooth sales and after-sales process.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and soft skills organized by the company.
- Receive and handle customer complaints and feedback within authority.
