- Receive Data List of customers who need to use Cosmetic Surgery, Spa, Skin Care, Tattoo services from the department head to set up a call to consult the service that the customer is interested in, invite customers to come to the Hospital, branch of Thu Cuc cosmetic system to use the service
- Receive and answer customer calls asking about the service
- Consulting and answering customer questions about the company's services
- Other tasks as required by the department head
